Praveen Krishnaiah - Founder Director
Praveen has successfully spearheaded XtremeZone and has driven it to be India's largest adventure sports outfit. He brings to XtremeZone over 8 years of experience in adventures sports production, brand management, sales, support and managing international support centers. During his tenure at Qsupport Technologies and iSeva Systems, he has initiated and implemented mission critical operational processes to optimally run a contact center, so as to deliver stringent service levels required by international enterprises. Praveen has extensively worked with Indian and international clients of repute, like Symantec, Citibank, Compaq, Wipro Technologies, and Parametric Technologies in the areas of customer support, technical support, telemarketing and lead generation. Adventure is his passion and now his only profession. His Engineering days at M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology and a Masters degree in economics from Bangalore are a great value to XtremeZone.

Deepa
Deepa brings to XtremeZone an insight into ground operational realities with over 5 years of experience in hardcore sales, customer acquisition, telemarketing and customer support. She has worked with Netgalactic, Citrix and Savantech, which cater software solutions and products to off shore markets. Four years of hardcore sales and support has enhanced her skills and she has formulated effective work processes to derive optimal productivity. Deepa currently handles operations and owns service deliveries for XtremeZone.

Uday Disley
Uday Disley has over 9 years experience which includes roles in corporate planning, strategy and cross border M&A. He was most recently the head of Corporate Planning and strategy at Valdel Corporation, a multi-business conglomerate with interests in Oil & Gas Engineering Services, Retail & Retail space development, IT & ITES and Power. He was instrumental in multiple successful cross border and domestic M&A deals along with domestic private equity investments. Prior to this he started and successfully exited a business consulting firm for start-ups and mid-sized IT companies, with clients such as Sonata Software, Aditi Technologies and Amsoft International. He currently is an investor in Xtremezone, India's largest adventure sports company He has completed courses in International Business Strategy and E-Business from London School of Economics, an MBA from TAPMI and Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore University.
