Hi Deepa,
I wanted to let you know the appreciation that everyone had for you and your team at the Finance offsite last weekend. You team did a great job in making us feel comfortable in an unfamiliar and wild setting like this and the activities that you made us go through truly brought out the team spirit in everyone.
The briefing that was given to us as soon as we arrived, the expectations setting and the attention to safety that you displayed in all activities was very impressive and immediately showed that you were equipped to handle the large number that we were.
Ravi was fantastic as a rappelling instructor and made us feel really good as a team at the end of the activity. The way he coaxed people to lose their fear and try it out was remarkable. The Kayaking and rafting experience was just 3 hours of pure unadulterated FUN. Your instructors were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made it a fantastic experience and no one wanted to leave the water at the end of the activity. The river crossing was a simple and interesting activity and almost everyone attempted it. I think at the end of the two days all these three activities made us feel that we can stretch more, physically, than what we believed we could before getting there and made us feel really good about it.
Also, the sunset experience with bajjis and chai served at the top of a hill was a true clincher. It allowed people to relax at the end of the day after a tiring activity in a truly serene setting.
Overall, it was an amazing experience that has left everyone with a thirst for more of this kind of Xtreme fun.

We would like to place on record our feedback on the two days of outbound experience.
`` The trip to Savandurga on the 23rd & 24th of September was a wonderfully orchestrated affair, with the organizers having thought of everything, literally. The various planned activities like rappelling, river crossing and water sports were extremely challenging and provided tremendous enjoyment to all participants.
The team of around 60 guys and 40 gals had unique experiences to cherish. Everyone stretched his / her full potential to win in uncommon situations.
The main highlight was of course, when one of the participants, who is physically challenged was able to rappel down the sheer rock-face, with some assistance from the instructor. The two days spent in the company of nature, the roaring bon-fire at night, the team activities throughout the days and not to miss, putting up and managing the tents, all of these contributed to make it an absolutely amazing experience.
We from ITC INFOTECH, congratulate the team members from the Xtremezone and their partners for their untiring efforts and high energy level to constantly support us and deliver satisfactory service throughout the two days.''
