Paintball

Paintball is a sport in which participants eliminate opponents from play by hitting them with paintballs (spherical gelatin capsules containing primarily polyethylene glycol, other non-toxic and water-soluble substances, and dye) shot from a compressed-gas-powered gun, commonly called a marker.
A game of paintball usually involves two opposing teams seeking to eliminate all of the other team's players or to complete an objective, such as retrieving a flag, eliminating a specific player, or other paintball game variations. An average, non-professional game of paintball usually lasts around five minutes to half an hour. Since its inception, paintball has drawn a crowd of both casual and serious players.

"Have you caught the Jumping Jack bug yet? It seems to be spreading around the world like wildfire! Jumping jack stilts are like trampolines for your feet. Each step is like walking on the moon. Running and jumping makes you feel like a superhero. Run faster and jump higher than you ever thought possible! We think that one of the most amazing things about Jumping jack is how easy they are to learn. Most people expect to feel really clumsy for a long time - like learning to ski/snowboard/skate - but it really isn't like that at all. We have seen many new users strap a pair of Jumping jacks on for the first time and get up and start walking around as if they were nothing more than a new pair of shoes. Amazingly, we’ve watched dozens of people get started on jumping stilts and I've never seen a single one of them fall down. It really just isn't that difficult (of course, you should still always wear a helmet just in case!) "
